We currently offer classes Monday - Friday:

Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm is Olympic Lifting only. There is no CrossFit class at that time/day.

We are located in the Town of Bernalillo, NM which is just north of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. From the City of Rio Rancho or the Village of Corrales just take Rio Rancho Blvd north to US-550. From the Albuquerque area take I-25 north to Exit 242, and head west on US-550.

Our facility is located on the west bank of the Rio Grande River in the Sandoval County Plaza across from the Santa Ana Star Casino.
